Birra Portico

5.4%
Pilsner - Italian
This delightful Pils pours a semi-cloudy light straw color with a white head. Intricate hop aromas of white grape and lemon mix with earthy grass notes. Lemongrass and floral hop character on the tongue is balanced by a lightly sweetened biscuit malt character. The finish is clean and smooth.

Boniface

5.7%
Lager - Dortmunder / Export
A medium-bodied, yet highly drinkable golden lager with gentle acidity traditionally brewed with an intentionally higher gravity and hop content for shipment out of country. Malt and hops are finely balanced resulting in an exceptionally quenching and clean profile.
Item label

Bratři

4.5%
Lager - Tmavé (Czech Dark)
Bratři pours a rich burnt mahogany color, capped with a white foam head. Aromas of fresh baked whole wheat bread, dry toasted almonds, and a hint of spice abound. While malt-forward, Bratři's mouthfeel is light, its finish dry, and is balanced by a subtle hop character. Brewed in celebration of our partners, Sarane Craft Beer Distributors, on their tenth anniversary.
Item label

Double Dry Hopped Hop Weave

8.0%
IPA - Imperial / Double
Hazy with dominant notes of tropical fruit, citrus and a touch of pine. Loaded with Azacca, Cashmere and Citra that play nicely with the beer's complex grist.
Item label

Flüsterpost

6.0%
Altbier
Named for a German game approximating Telephone, Flüsterpost is our homage to the legendary, "secret" Sticke Alt brewing traditions of Düsseldorf. Stronger, more flavorful and complex than the better known Altbier style, faint notes of dark fruit and subtle coffee support a broader caramel and toasted bread malt body. German Perle hops lend a floral, spicy bouquet to this rare specialty.
Item label

Foeder-Lagered Rügen

8.9%
Porter - Baltic
Rugen combines an intricate malt bill with the subtle influence of our oak Foeder to produce a brooding take on the regional specialty of the Baltics. Brewed with a balanced measure of beechwood-smoked malt and rested on American Oak for over 2 months, Rugen is a sipper that opens as it warms. Pouring a near black, notes of smoke, subtle anise, and molasses waft from the glass. Tastes of raisin, dark chocolate, toasted brown bread, and lingering oak. Rugen finishes with a smooth and velvety mouthfeel.
Item label

Hemel

4.9%
Farmhouse Ale - Saison
A table saison, Hemel is soft and sessionable. Gently dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc, it exudes notes of pear, white wine and wildflowers. These meld beautifully with our yeast strain’s reserved phenolic underpinnings.

Store &
Tasting Room

Our Scandinavian farmhouse-inspired Store & Tasting Room was built in 2017-2018 to serve as our brewery’s flagship retail experience. This is where new beers are released, hard-to-find bottles and cans are available, and where brewery-only merchandise can be sourced. A limited number of draught pours are also available here. (Hint: the couch in front of the fireplace is magical in winter!)

Set only yards away from our 225 year-old pub, this modern building with soaring ceilings and ample glass was intentionally designed to reflect the tension between the classical beer styles and tasteful innovation that defines our brewery. Expansive decks with sweeping river views and a wood-burning fireplace provide an unparalleled sensory experience, bringing together our beer, the North Country’s rugged beauty, progressive design, and the warmth of friendship. Our food truck is often parked outside during the warmer months offering beer-friendly street food. Take away from our pub is also available for eating inside or on the deck.
