Our Pub & Kitchen’s menu centers on wood-fired pizzas hand-crafted by our culinary team. With a focus on local ingredients, many of our pies change with the season. Our menu also features fresh salads and wood-fired starters like pretzels with house-made sauces. Locally sourced gluten-friendly items are available.

A style we greatly admire, the German Pils is a masterclass in balance. Utilizing a mix of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir for that quintessential noble hop bent, Jakobus is supported by a cracker-like malt character. Light bitterness, lemon, and floral notes finish with a crisp, clean mouthfeel.

Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
Imagine you’re wandering the narrow streets of Prague after work and amble into your neighborhood pub to have a beer or two? Maly 8° is a riff on this style of enjoyment. This Czech-style 8° pils features a rounded bitterness and complex malt character for full flavor, but checks in at only 3.1% abv. We used New Zealand Saaz hop varietals to produce a brighter and subtly fruitier hop note to add a progressive twist.

A modern interpretation of a nearly extinct lager originating from Kulmbach, Germany. Dark, hoppy, and strong, it features a modern continental hop combination of Ariana and Hallertau Blanc.

Kölsch
This traditional Kölsch, served in a Stange glass, is an ale-lager hybrid paying homage to the tapsters of the same name found in Köln, Germany. An exceedingly drinkable pale beer exuding a bit of fruit on the nose from its unique yeast strain, it pours a pale golden color with a light malt presence on the palate, showcasing a clean, crisp finish.

Our menu also features different wood-fired items such as house-made pretzel twists, bratwurst, house-made hummus, and a range of salads.
