Pilsner - German
A style we greatly admire, the German Pils is a masterclass in balance. Utilizing a mix of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir for that quintessential noble hop bent, Jakobus is supported by a cracker-like malt character. Light bitterness, lemon, and floral notes finish with a crisp, clean mouthfeel.

Maly 8°

3.1%
Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
Imagine you’re wandering the narrow streets of Prague after work and amble into your neighborhood pub to have a beer or two? Maly 8° is a riff on this style of enjoyment. This Czech-style 8° pils features a rounded bitterness and complex malt character for full flavor, but checks in at only 3.1% abv. We used New Zealand Saaz hop varietals to produce a brighter and subtly fruitier hop note to add a progressive twist.

Showcasing oak-smoked wheat malts, Pivo Grodziskie features surprisingly delicate but ever-present smokey highlights; a singularly soft mouthfeel; a beautiful white foam cap; and a crisp, dry finish--products of almost two months of horizontal lagering and multiple (lager and German ale) yeast strains.
