Our Pub & Kitchen’s menu centers on wood-fired pizzas hand-crafted by our culinary team. With a focus on local ingredients, many of our pies change with the season. As part of the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen’s Spirit of the Maker Series, Schilling partnered with local artist Molly Harper to craft Betula. Locally grown and malted barley, Cascade hops, and birch bark lend a woodsy citrusy note to this dry pale lager.

Hanse is an unfiltered ("Keller") Pilsner. Straw-gold in color, crisp and clean-finishing with assertive hop bitterness. Noble hops are present on the palate. 2018 RateBeer Gold Medal pale lager.

A style we greatly admire, the German Pils is a masterclass in balance. Utilizing a mix of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir for that quintessential noble hop bent, Jakobus is supported by a cracker-like malt character. Light bitterness, lemon, and floral notes finish with a crisp, clean mouthfeel.

Brewed with the famed Haná landrace barley, originally from the Czech Republic, grown by Poormon Farms in NY, and malted by Valley Malt in MA. Pouring a crystal clear straw yellow color with a bright white cap of foam, Lena 10° is lightly grassy while displaying a clean malt character and smooth bitterness. Balanced and sessionable this Pilsner is decocted and fermented with our house Czech lager strain.

Kellerbier / Zwickelbier
This young unfiltered lager is an ode to Annafest, the annual celebration of Franconian brewing in Forchheim Germany. A pale copper color, Vorhe showcases a traditional German heirloom pilsner malt and Organic Perle hops. A biscuit and honey malt sweetness is balanced with an herbaceous hop character. Prost!

Our menu also features different wood-fired items such as house-made pretzel twists, bratwurst, house-made hummus, and a range of salads.
