Our Pub & Kitchen’s menu centers on wood-fired pizzas hand-crafted by our culinary team. With a focus on local ingredients, many of our pies change with the season. Our menu also features fresh salads and wood-fired starters like pretzels with house-made sauces. Locally sourced gluten-friendly items are available. Our food truck menu includes hand-cut fries, smashburgers, poutine, and other street fare.

Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
Crisp, clean and sessionable, with a firm but rounded hop backbone, Alexandr is the first and original Czech-style pilsner crafted at Schilling. Authentic raw materials shine, and so will almost any beer-friendly food paired with this Czech-inspired lager.

Augustin 13°

Lager - Polotmavé (Czech Amber)
Translating to "half dark", this specialty lager is malt forward with notes of toffee & brittle, and subtle hints of fruit resulting from Czech lager yeast. Brewed with all Czech sourced ingredients, hopped with Saaz & Harmonie.

Wild Ale - American
Avium is a foeder-aged American wild ale aged on local cherries. Featuring both Balaton and Montmorency varietals from our friends at Burtt’s Orchard in Cabot, VT. This tart yet balanced ale reflects our deep appreciation for North Country agriculture and the people who work the land.

IPA - Imperial / Double
Named for the local mountain, Bondcliff DIPA pours a pale yellow with a soft white head. The aroma is bursting with apricots, tangerine pith, and pineapple. A mellow bitterness gives way to mango and creamsicle. Finishes bright with a soft mouthfeel.

Lager - Tmavé (Czech Dark)
Bratři pours a rich burnt mahogany color, capped with a white foam head. Aromas of fresh baked whole wheat bread, dry toasted almonds, and a hint of spice abound. While malt-forward, Bratři's mouthfeel is light, its finish dry, and is balanced by a subtle hop character. Brewed in celebration of our partners, Sarane Craft Beer Distributors, on their tenth anniversary.

Bock - Doppelbock
Named for an esteemed and one-of-a-kind veterinarian from Michigan, this rich and toasty dark lager has aromas of sweet bread and caramel with flavors of light coffee and marshmallow. The finish is full-bodied and malty.

Citrus, strawberry and spruce notes fill the palate, Galaxy hops dominate in this American IPA.

Dr. Oovert

Belgian Strong Dark Ale
Characterized by a multitude of dark fruit flavors and caramel malt on the palate. Finish is dry and accompanied by light alcohol warming. Our recipe is based on traditional raw material selection and fermentation techniques and is brewed with deference paid to the Trappist brewers of Belgium.

Belgian Tripel
A dry, spicy, and complex Belgian-style ale inspired by Trappists. Aroma and flavor marked by the marriage of peppery spice, citrus, and pear. Noble hops assertively utilized to create balance.

Lager - Smoked
Means “to shine or glow” in German. Deep golden in color with a white frothy head, this lightly smoked lager expresses aromas of cherrywood and light mesquite with a gently spicy and floral hop character. The body is malty and full, and the finish is dry.

Bock - Doppelbock
Indikator is a deep mahogany colored Doppelbock lagered in our American oak foeder. Aromas of dark fruit, candied plums and deep caramel presage flavors of lightly roasted, complex malts and cherries. Balanced notes of oak, vanilla and toasted coconut from Indikator’s slumber in our foeder also touch the palate, contributing to our love of this very special Bavarian-inspired delicacy. Dark fruit and smooth malt complexity linger at the end, with a light warming alcohol presence at the finish. Limited release.

Pilsner - German
A style we greatly admire, the German Pils is a masterclass in balance. Utilizing a mix of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir for that quintessential noble hop bent, Jakobus is supported by a cracker-like malt character. Light bitterness, lemon, and floral notes finish with a crisp, clean mouthfeel.

Kith And Kin

Stout - Imperial / Double
In collaboration with our good friends at Transient Artisan Ales, Kith & Kin reflects the importance of friends and family, as we couple our shared Michigan roots into this barrel-aged imperial stout. Spending over a year in BLiS Maple Bourbon barrels and finished on coconut and cacao nibs, Kith & Kin expresses warmth, depth, and complexity from start to finish.

Floral and citrusy, this highly aromatic, crystalline pilsner is hopped with all German Saaz & Magnum hops, for a piquantly bitter flavor profile.

Old Mission

Pilsner - Other
Old Mission is a dry, crisp and delicate pilsner with the light floral, white wine and gooseberry notes that characterize Nelson Sauvin hops. Named after a peninsula that splits Grand Traverse Bay in Northern Michigan, where we grew up--a land of vineyards, orchards and brilliant blue water.

Huge waves of grass, pine and citrus coat the palate as the Simcoe, Mosaic and Galaxy hops do their work.

Lager - Amber / Red
This traditional lager, representing a historic style rarely seen outside of Bamberg Germany, pours a light amber color with an off-white head. Bready malt notes dominate, with a lingering hop bitterness on the finish. Light honeysuckle, toasted brown bread and hazelnuts give way to a light but present floral hop character.

The Vennel

Stout - Oatmeal
Brewed with Golden Promise malt from Scotland and a generous portion of malted and flaked oats, The Vennel pours black with hints of mahogany and a creamy tan head. Named for a passageway between buildings in old Scottish towns, it exudes pleasant coffee character with added flavors of baker's chocolate and light roast on the finish. Mildly carbonated for a rounded mouthfeel.


Our pub & kitchen menu features a number of specialty pizzas hand-crafted by our culinary team. With focus on local ingredients, our pizzas change depending on the season. Our menu also features different wood-fired items such as house-made pretzel twists, bratwurst, house-made hummus, and a range of salads.

Our beer hall on the second floor of our 18th-century brewery pub is an ideal venue to accommodate groups of up to 60 people. Decorated in a rustic-modern style with its own private beer bar and wide-plank farm tables, this space can be reserved for a fee and fully catered by our staff. Availability of these spaces varies with the season and pre-existing event reservations.
