Wild Ale - American
Brewed Keeping Together and Olfactory during last year's Oktoberfest celebration. After steeping on lavender sourced from Keeping Together's home in New Mexico and spending a night in our coolship, this beer was sent to stainless and inoculated with Olfactory's wild yeast blend. After six months, it was bottled to condition and carbonate. A portion of each bottle's proceeds will be donated to Keeping Together as they recover from a devastating pre-opening financial loss.

Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
Imagine you’re wandering the narrow streets of Prague after work and amble into your neighborhood pub to have a beer or two? Maly 8° is a riff on this style of enjoyment. This Czech-style 8° pils features a rounded bitterness and complex malt character for full flavor, but checks in at only 3.1% abv. We used New Zealand Saaz hop varietals to produce a brighter and subtly fruitier hop note to add a progressive twist.
