Next in our experimental Zusatz series is a gorgeous unfiltered Kellerbier. Fermented with a traditional German lager strain, Z No.4 is nearly transparent with a light golden hue, hopped with German Saaz. Noble hops play out as floral and subtly lemony on the nose, with a hint of white grape and Pilsner malt in the background. Flavors are marked by hay and biscuit malt character with a kiss of honey sweetness. The mouthfeel is pillowy soft. Limited batch poured from a side-pull faucet.
