The first beer in our brewers’ experimental (“Zusatz”) series, exclusively poured here at Schilling. Bright gold with a pillowy head, aromas of melon, white grape and white bread define this lager, along with flavors of honey, melon and white wine. Zusatz No. 1 finishes with a note of citrus pith, white grape and malt sweetness.
