Belgian-style Pale Ale
This hoppy Belgian pale ale provides a refined Continental twist for those seeking expressive New England-style beers. French for “The Brothers,” the beer is liberally dosed with Nelson Sauvin and crafted with specialty (local) Valley Malts. Light straw in color and hazy, notes of tangerine, white wine, honeydew melon, bread and a brush of black pepper feature prominently, from the nose to the palate. The finish is bone dry with a kiss of white wine.
