Dry Hopped Weissebier
Literally meaning “hop wheat,” our version of this Bavarian-style delicacy was fermented with our house Hefeweizen yeast and dry hopped with Hallertau Tradition and Huell Melon. Cloudy pale straw-yellow with a white head, the aromas and flavors present as a delicate bouquet of banana, clove, vanilla wafer and lemon peel, with a hint of tangerine.
