Rye saison, traditionally coolshiped and fermented in an Italian Barolo founder and originally using mixed-cultures from Schilling Beer Co. and Free Will Brewing (PA). Tart with pronounced hay, citrus and gentle earthy funk characters, rich earthy dark fruit from additions of boysenberry, it finishes with soft tannins from the wood.
